The idea of providing an unused fuselage “Aermacchi” at the Politecnico di Milano has become an opportunity to imagine an educational workshop connected to the activities of the Department of Aerospace Engineering.
The idea proposed to add functional thermoreflective layers (type ACTIS from the aerospace industry) and to create a learning space to read and understand the structures, a real laboratory space and a third space, the cabin, for experiments of interior design.
