APE-TAU re-opens

After 8 years of abandonment, on September 2023 the Ape-Tau nursery has come back to life and reopened its doors to its little users. The structure was redeveloped thanks to funding from the PNRR and the local administration, the push of Marco Imperadori of the Politecnico di Milano, and the activity and tenacity of some local associations. The first Active-house in L’Aquila, a small jewel of sustainability and efficiency (built immediately after the earthquake thanks to the solidarity of Confindustria di Mantova, the City and Province of Mantova and with the patronage of the Mantova Regional Center of the Politecnico di Milano, Atelier2 for the design and numerous donations from associations and private individuals) is finally reused as an educational activity center for children aged 0 to 6 for the “Count to 6” project.

The Ancore d’Aria Choir in Casa Sophie

A piece of the Expo 2015’s Japan Pavillion came back to life at Arte Sella – The Contemporary Mountain, an extraordinary place where the mountain meets contemporary art. The work was inaugurated in 2017 April 30^th in presence of the Japanese Designer Atsushi Kitagawara, together with Valentina Gallotti and Marco Imperadori who follow the building and the Arte Sella’s Artistic Director Emanuele Montibeller.
